Come join me to enjoy the many benefits of yoga.

The turn of the seasons is a lovely time to take a pause, give yourself some extra time, space and self-care.

In keeping with the energies of the season this yoga practice will be designed to ground, stabilise and calm.  In Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, Autumn is the season of Vata dosha, which can sometimes feel a little bit unsettling.  A yoga practice is a great way to being balance to the doshas.

This class is suited to all levels, including beginners.
