Enjoy a reflexology treatment in my cosy therapy room in Miltown Malbay. With heated bed, relaxing natural aromas and healing music, by an experienced and skilled reflexologist.
After your treatment, you will leave with a carefully prepared cup of ceremonial cacao to enjoy. My recommendation is that you bring it to one of the beautiful beaches( 6 min away from my clinic). Giving yourself time and space to relax more, and allow the cacao to soften and nourish your heart.
I also want to gift you some beautiful aromatherapy bath salts infused with aromatherapy oils and rose petals, handmade by myself. To be enjoyed later that day or whenever space and time presents. These can be used for a foot bath, or full body bath. My intention for these is that they will invite you to continue the self care.
My intention for this little package is to deepen the experience for you, so that those who may feel the call to refill their cup can carve out this time to honor this need.
