My intention for this block of classes is to provide you with a gentle and nourishing space outside of everyday life each week. A little oasis. You will be guided through a yoga practice enabling you to tend to your body’s need to move and stretch and to help you settle and ground into your being.
The practices will facilitate the regulation of the nervous system, awakening of energy and vitality and easing of stagnation or heaviness. As always there will be quality time for deep relaxation.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket. You may also wish to bring an eye pillow for the relaxation/ cosy socks, anything that you would like for your comfort.
