A specially curated practice as we approach the full moon. This is your invitation to carve out space at this auspicious time, to come into stillness, move our bodies with intention and to relax deeply so that we can meet and integrate whatever may be rising with the full moon.
As we approach a full moon we can sometimes feel unsettled, restless, emotional. Also our awareness and intuition can be heightened at this time. The intention of this practice will be to calm and soothe, to down regulate the nervous system, and give ourselves a little space and time out of the ordinary to drop inwards.
You will be guided through a variety of practices to connect with and integrate the magical full moon energy including:
Slow Lunar Flow
Bring a blanket/eye mask/ cosy socks/ water and anything that you need for comfort.
No previous yoga experience needed.
