This can help with any pregnancy related niggles or issues. Learn calming breathing practices that can be used during labor and birth or anytime you need them!
Taking a pregnancy class can help prepare you for the road ahead, endeavouring to bring confidence in your own body during pregnancy and birth.
Instructer: You are in safe hands with Fiona who spends allot of time working with pregnant Mama’s. She is a qualified and experienced pregnancy yoga teacher, prenatal massage therapist and prenatal reflexologist. And also a Mama!
Fee: €60 for 6 classes
Weekly class: 6.30pm-7.30pm on Friday

- Yoga Mats are supplied if needed. Please bring blanket and cushion or pillow, cosy socks/eye mask for relaxation, drink of water and anything at all you might need for comfort.
