The new moon is a time to begin again, and a time of great possibility. It is the quietest time in the lunar cycle. If we look to the skies the moon is not visable at all, but will gradually become so until it reaches its peak at the time of the full moon.

This is the time to set intentions and let go of the old to make way for something new.  This evening is an opportunity to step out of the everyday, create some space and time for yourself and plant some seeds for future dreams and wishes. A night carved out for you to come back into relationship with yourself. To drop out of the thinking mind, connect with your body and the parts of you that are needing attention.

You will be guided through practices to move stagnation, and make way for the new.  To assist in connecting to this quiet and contemplative energy that is available to us at the time of the new moon.

Breathing Practice

Slow Lunar Flow

Lengthy Savasana

Yoga Nidra

Bring a blanket/eye mask/ cosy socks/ water and anything that you need for comfort.

No previous yoga experience needed.
