Taking a pregnancy class can help prepare you for the road ahead, endeavouring to bring confidence in your own body during pregnancy and birth.

The class is designed for the unique set of conditions within a woman’s body during this time.

Everyone works to their own ability, being fit or flexible is not a prerequisite.

All are welcome after 14 weeks.

About Your Instructor

Having completed post graduate specialised training in Yoga for Pregnancy in 2013. Fiona has been guiding women through yoga for pregnancy ever since. She also works with women pre conception and all through the stages of pregnancy in her naturopathy clinic, and additionally offers pregnancy massage and reflexology.  She has allot of experience working with pregnancy. She is also the proud Mama to a little girl, and really came into felt sense of how good pregnancy yoga feels during that pregnancy.

She is delighted to be able to guide women through a safe and effective practice during this exciting and precious time in their lives.
