WHAT IS A NATUROPATHIC HERBALIST

A practitioner who specialises in Herbal Medicine but is also qualified in nutrition,  detoxification, stress management, as well as the use of  IgG food sensitivity testing. They provide  personalised care to each patient, The naturopath sees health as a holistic unity of body, mind, and spirit. Using a range of alternative methods of diagnosis, a Naturopath can often successfully pin-point a predisposition in the body, before the onset of acute disease, and treat the patient accordingly. Naturopathy is a system based on creating the correct conditions for the body to heal itself. It is also about educating and empowering the person to create better long term health. It combines the wisdom of the ancient medicine systems Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese medicine with modern medical knowledge.

Further information is obtained using Tongue and  Pulse and using Dosha Typing. All treatment is designed in consultation with YOU, in such a way as to make it practical to follow and incorporate into your life, it can be planned in stages, depending on the level of commitment it is possible to give at a particular time.  Small changes can often make a large improvement, which motivates the person to continue creating healthy habits.
