ABOUT REFLEXOLOGY
This is a deeply relaxing, nurturing and non-invasive holistic treatment. It has a great effect where there is stress in the body and mind, as well as being effective in treating many ailments. This has been shown in various scientific studies. There are reflex areas on the feet that correspond to specific organs, glands, and other structures within the body, healing occurs when these areas are stimulated. WHAT HAPPENS IN A TREATMENT?
You relax on a pre warmed massage couch, covered in a cosy blanket; gently pressure is applied to the points on the feet in a particular sequence using specific techniques.
YOUR THERAPIST: Experienced and skilled reflexologist, originally qualified in 2000 and am practicing since. I have continued to learn more and update my skills over the years. And I have taken specialist training in Fertility, Pregnancy & Stages of Menopause Reflexology.
