There are many benefits to a Yoga Practice tailored for pregnancy. This has been shown in numerous studies. Taking a pregnancy class can help prepare you for the road ahead, endeavouring to bring confidence in your own body during pregnancy and birth.
PREGNANCY YOGA
The class is designed for the unique set of conditions within a woman’s body during this time. Everyone works to their own ability, being fit or flexible is not a prerequisite. All are welcome after 14 weeks.
Having completed post graduate specialised training in Yoga for Pregnancy, I am delighted to be able to guide women through a safe and effective practice during this exciting and precious time in their lives.
