An Afternoon to connect with the emerging energy of the springtime. To cultivate and tend to our beings with rest,  embodiment, heart connection, and deep listening. The intention being that we can move forward into the year from an embodied,  open and whole hearted space.

We cross the threshold from winter to spring at Imbolc. We are now in a portal where winter is pregnant with spring.  This  is and auspicious time where the life force within us and around us  is rising.  This energy is slowly and steadily building as  the wheel turns and we gradually move towards the fullness of spring at equinox on March 21st.

Our yoga and practices on this afternoon will facilitate letting go of stagnation from winter, deep rest to facilitate down regulation of the nervous system. A space is created where you can meet yourself in quietness, to listen to your own deep heart wisdom and gain clarity in this way. From here aligned intentions and actions may arise.

A gentle space to land and allow time for recovery especially if there has been too much output of energy and not enough tending to your own being. A place to meet yourself with deep kindness and embrace yourself in all your wild and natural wonder.

We will blend together some nourishing practices including:

*Mindful Yoga,

*Restorative Yoga,

*Gentle Breathing practice.

*Meditation

*Deeply Restful Yoga Nidra.

Cacao Ceremony-A centuries old ritual. The cacao plant is is used as a heart healing and opening medicine.

We have all the equipment you need for comfort and cosyness.

I really look forward to welcoming you to this special afternoon in a beautiful venue close to nature.

*If you are on SSRI ‘S, Maoi’s or have a serious heart condition, please contact me in advance and I will advise some modifications around the cacao.
