Description
Take some time out to rest at Samhain.
This point in the celtic calender marks the end of the harvest and the beginning of winter. It invites us to slow down, and turn inwards so that we can deeply nourish and replenish our life force through the dark season.
In the darkness if we get quiet and allow it.. Lost wisdom becomes available to us. We approach the time of wintering with reverence.
“In the dark we may see with new eyes”
This afternoon is to assist with making the transition to winter. Time to pause, allowing us to tune into and to trust in the natural rhythms around and within.
We will blend together some nourishing practices to really bring us into our bodies, connect with our hearts, regulate our nervous systems and get ready to align with the essence of this season.
You will be guided through the following practices:
Hatha Yoga
Deeply Restorative Yoga
Guided Meditations
Yoga Nidra
Time for YOU To Rest, Relax & Receive
