At solstice, also known as midsummer,we experience the longest day and the shortest night of the year. We celebrate the completion of the cycle that began at winter solstice. With this Yoga practice we can connect to this important turning point in the earth’s yearly cycle by taking time to stop, be still, and also connect more deeply with ourselves, with movement and breath. We can use this time to focus on what we wish to nurture and develop in ourselves during the coming months.

A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
