A yoga practice to bring us into the present moment. Yoga is the original mindfulness practice. Much time is spent planning ahead or thinking back, yoga can help us be more at peace by relaxing in to the here and now. This practice will ground us physically, mentally and emotionally. It will include yoga, pranayama and end with restorative yoga, all designed to help you feel more cantered, present and relaxed.

A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
