Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra.
As the evenings draw in, our bodies & mind’s are in need of more quiet time.  All the ancient wisdom traditions, such as Ayurveda and TCM teach us that in order to feel good we must carve out some hibernation time at this part of the year.  This class is created to bring us into stillness & to receive deep rest.  We will practice Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra.  The poses are suitable for everyone, including absolute beginners.  They are designed to allow your body& mind to release tension & trauma, and to down regulate the nervous system, easing you into a very relaxed state.  The intention is to leave you rested and energised & ready for the week ahead.  And if we carve out this rest in the darker part of the year, we arrive into the brighter half in  better health.
