Description

Join me at this very special place for a day away from it all. A space where your being can let go, rest and heal. In the cosy yurt by the fire, and out on the land, your spirit will be nourished.

You will be guided through practices to bring you into stillness, to rest & restore.  Time and space to gently open and let go of tension physically, mentally and emotionally.

Often, it’s not until we carve out this space, that we realize how much we needed it.

A chance to learn practices which can become self-care tools to bring into daily life to restore yourself often.

When we retreat, even for a short time, it enables us to shift perspectives, unleash creativity and come back to life with more clarity, a bit like pressing the reset button! No previous yoga experience needed.
