Practicing gratitude, just like practicing yoga creates improved well-being, and also helps us to live in the “now” and steady our path in the midst of fluctuations in life. This workshop is an opportunity to practice both. It is time out to check in and give thanks for the positive. Gratitude has been described by many as a “side effect” of yoga, it allows us to feel better in our bodies, both physically and also mentally to alleviate anxiety and stress and lift the mood, allot to be grateful for. This practice is designed to create enhanced well being, through the physical asana practice, breathing and guided relaxation. The practice will end with restorative yoga for deep rest.
A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
