Opening up with Yoga – Saturday12th April 1-3 pm

A practice to uplift and bring about awareness and release to body and breath. To introduce more space and freedom on all levels. Designed to gently relieve holding in the chest, shoulders and heart. If you have ever experienced stress, got a fright, felt threatened by something, or have poor posture these parts of us tend to tighten and over time we can develop ingrained habitual tension here. The breathing can then become shallow and erratic leading to decreased wellbeing. We will mix slow yin, more active movement ending in restorative rest.

Cost: €20

Venue: Phoenix Yoga Studio, Market Point Medical Park, Mullingar, Co, Westmeath

A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
