A nicely paced yoga practice, designed to release tight restricted areas in the body after the colder darker winter months. We will use the practice to uplift mind & body, creating space and openness to move forward this season feeling grounded & lighter.
We will start with movement to stretch and warm the body, and use breathing techniques’ for added benefit, and end with a soft & gentle restorative practice to further allow the body to open and effectively release tension. Suitable for beginners and all are welcome.
