I run regular Yoga Workshops, these are 2 hour classes run at the weekend, which deepen the benefits of yoga. Also along with Laura Feeney of Phoenix Yoga studio I run regular Yoga & Nutrition Workshops. Themes are Embracing the Cycle, Relax & Renew, and Detox! Keep and eye on the Workshops/Retreats section for details. Classes include a relaxation period, which allows the body to assimilate the work we do throughout class.
