In Sanskrit the word “Santosa” translates to contentment, it means to be okay with where we are now. This yoga practice is designed to bring us into the fullness of the present moment, cultivating a sense of gratitude for the simple things that bring contentment in life.
A practice to remind us of the strength and flexibility of our body, the ability of our breath to calm and energise and the power of our intention. The first half of this workshop will be an active practice; the second half will be a deeply restful restorative practice.
A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
