TIME & DATE: Sun 19th Jan 2014, 1-3pm
Let’s start as we intend to go on. This will be a yoga practice with something to offer everyone. We will begin gently to awaken and loosen the body, and then will move into poses to detoxify and energise. This is the perfect time of year for this as we begin to shake off the winter. We will end with deep rest and relaxation in a Restorative Yoga practice, an opportunity to let go an all levels of any tension or stress.
A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
