Combining an active practice and a deeply relaxing Restorative practice to nourish you at his beginning of a new year. We will begin with yoga to open the body, easing out stagnation and stiffness from the holiday season, helping to detoxify physically and to mentally let go. The practice will center and ground us as we enter this brand new year, allowing us to gain a clearer perspective about the year ahead. This will be followed by a deeply relaxing Restorative yoga practice, bringing us into stillness and deep rest, so that we can recharge and ultimately have more energy and clarity.
A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
