Yoga for Mind and Body Workshop

Yoga for Body & Mind SUNDAY Aril 21st 1pm -3pm

In modern day life, we spend allot of time in our heads, this practice is designed to restore balance between mind and body. We can often feel too busy and over stimulated, this is an opportunity to BE more in your body, let the mind relax, and rediscover a sense of peace, lighter mood and more joy. We will spend the second half of the practice in Restorative Yoga poses, where you are supported in the poses with bolsters and blankets, these poses allow for a deeper connection with mind and body and allow for total rest and relaxation.

Cost per Workshops is €20

Suitable for all abilities, including beginners.

A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
