Strengthen & Release Yoga Workshop: SATURDAY April 6th, 1pm – 3pm
The first part of this practice is designed to build strength in the body in a very gentle & fun way! This is practice that is suitable for all levels. When the physical body feel’s strong, we feel mentally and emotionally stronger. The aim of this practice is to create a more grounded, earthed feeling within. The second half of the practice will be spent deeply resting in Restorative Yoga poses. Here, you will be totally supported by bolsters and blankets, which allows the body to receive the poses with little effort, allowing for deep release of tension in the body and mind.
Suitable for all abilities, including beginners.
A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
