In this workshop we will explore and experience the poses from the inside out, in other words less from the head, more from the body, heart and senses. While the asana (poses) are physical, and can even get technical when it comes to alignment and safety, there is so much more than that. What differentiates yoga from other physical activities or “exercise” is that the asana and breath work are a “way in” to a deeper understanding of the body and your deeper self. This workshop offers you an invitation to take some time out and go a little deeper and enhance your experience of yoga. Half of our practice will be spent in deeply restful restorative yoga.

A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
