Yoga for Health & Happiness Workshop

VENUE: Phoenix Yoga Studio, 12b Mullingar Medical Park, Market Point, Mullingar, Co Westmeath.


Many studies now show that the ancient practice of Yoga, which is circa 5000 years old, has many benefits to us physically, mentally and emotionally.  It creates better health and wellbeing!

In this workshop we will enjoy a practice that affirms this fact, and hopefully inspires positive change in your health and happiness levels.

We will discover how yoga can bring lightness and happiness, by moving the body in ways that brings about harmonious flow of energy, shifting a bad mood into a good one when needed!

We will also enjoy a deeply restorative practice, where you are supported with props and bolsters, which facilitates the release of deep tension and brings about rejuvenation, by allowing for deep rest.

A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
