Sthira Sukham Asanam, is one of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, translated it means steadiness and ease, or to dwell in a good place. Cultivating healthy prana/life force brings us to this place. One of the gifts of Yoga is that is can help us tune to our own natural rhythm/prana at any given time.  Becoming sensitive to this on and off the mat allows to move through our lives with more balance, ease and steadiness on all levels.  This will be a practice to cultivate steadiness and awareness within our asana, mind and breath. This type of practice has a meditative quality. We will end the workshop with a relaxing Restorative Yoga practice, designed to bring the body into deep rest to allow healing on all levels.

Cost: €20 per workshop.

Venue: Phoenix Yoga Studio, Market Point Medical Park, Mullingar, Co, Westmeath

A 2 hour Yoga practice can be a great introduction if you are a beginner OR a chance to deepen the practice if you already attend classes.
